Accommodation and Summit VenueThe Pan Pacific Orchard is the official venue for Day One of the EdTech Asia Summit 2025. Recently completed in 2023, this five-star property stands out as one of Singapore’s newest and most architecturally distinctive hotels. Located in the Orchard Road district, it offers convenient access to the city’s central business, retail, and cultural areas. Kindly note that there are two Pan Pacific hotels in Singapore. If you choose to stay at the summit venue, please ensure you are booking Pan Pacific Orchard, and not the other location, Pan Pacific Singapore (Raffles Boulevard). Summit participants may access a special, limited-availability room rate on a first-come, first-served basis. Visa and Entry RequirementsBefore traveling to Singapore, please ensure you meet the entry and visa requirements based on your nationality. Most visitors from ASEAN, the EU, the UK, the US, and several other countries do not require a visa for short stays. From the airport to the city center and summit venues, several transport options are available:Taxis are available 24/7 at all airport terminals. The ride to central Singapore typically takes 20 to 30 minutes, with fares ranging from SGD 20 to SGD 40, depending on time of day and traffic. Surcharges may apply for airport pick-ups, peak hours, and late-night travel.The MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) connects Changi Airport via the East West Line. Trains run every 5 to 7 minutes and take about 30 minutes to reach downtown. Fares range from SGD 1.50 to SGD 2.50. The airport MRT stations are located in Terminals 2 and 3.Airport Shuttle Services provide shared rides to major hotels across the city at approximately SGD 10 per person. Tickets can be purchased at the Ground Transport Desks in the airport Arrival Halls.Public Transportation in SingaporeSingapore’s public transport system is clean, reliable, and easy to navigate.
